(Anders having tattoos is one of my HCs I’ve never gotten around to drawing, so I couldn’t resist adding them to this! All this feathers hide the “Templars Suck” one, and a drunken night in Orlais earned him the cat face on his Ander-bum.)
“Hold this corner here,” Anders shouted over the wind that whipped their hair and cloaks (and tents) into their faces. This was immediately followed by an ominous flapping noise. “Bugger and blast!”
Hawke turned just in time to see one of their two tents take flight in the exact way tents shouldn’t. The wind carried it right off the cliff and sent it tumbling down to the sharp rocks below.
Merrill was wringing her hands. “I was holding it! I really was! The wind’s just too strong!”
“Well,” Hawke said, and turned back to Fenris. Rainwater dripped from his brow and over the thin, exasperated line of his mouth.

There are total of three distinct dates you can take him on, without multiple endings. The game also features three arts by yours truly, as well as many bad jokes and memes awkwardly shoehorned. This game is 99% angst free and is all about loving and caring for and supporting Anders.
This was made with Ren’Py as a practice and I had great fun making it! I hope you guys can have as much fun playing this as I had making it.

This game was so much fun (the writing is excellent, made me giggle several times). And I love how Anders gets well taken care of and pampered. He deserves it. This is so wholesome and beautiful.
When Anders meets Garrett Hawke, I bet the first thing in his mind is “wow, that man has nice strong arms”. I mean, obviously, because:

However, because in my game Hawke is aggressive, the moment he opens his mouth Anders is like
Then he proceeds to fall in love with Hawke anyway because even though red Hawke can seem like a dick to people who don’t know him, Anders eventually notices he’s passionate and hot-headed, especially when it comes to mage rights – and the people he loves. And hooo boy, does Hawke love Anders.
A few months ago I made a post about Dragon Age Hercules AU and tbh I still can’t let go of this. In this AU Garrett Hawke is Hercules, obviously. While I was discussing this with my friend, we got ridiculously excited about the idea of Varric being Philoctetes (because come on that’s perfect). And of course, Anders is the love interest, Megara. I find this AU rather brilliant because much like Hercules, Hawke is also someone who turns from “zero to hero”. At first he’s nothing but a farmer, who leaves his home and starts a new life in a strange city. There he meets Varric, who teaches him how to survive in Kirkwall. As a result, he becomes the hero people adore, the champion of Kirkwall.
Upon arriving at Kirkwall he meets his sassy love interest Anders. Anders falls head over heels in love with Hawke. Just imagine Anders singing “I won’t say I’m in love” while pining after Hawke for three years lmao.
The feeling is completely mutual. Hawke is smitten. And Varric is banging his head trying to get his attention like “Earth to Hawke! Stop staring at that mage booty, we have work to do.“
(Btw Anders filling the role of Meg is rather suitable, because like Meg, Anders also witholds something from his LI and while some people see it as “betrayal”, Anders is just doing something he has to do, and that doesn’t mean he doesn’t love Hawke.)
